Baldwin Back As Jack Ryan?

It appears that Alec Baldwin may be looking to return to the role of Jack Ryan in the next Tom Clancy movie.  I guess that Mr. Conductor role in the Thomas the Tank Engine movie didn’t turn into the franchise he had hoped for.
