Romney Using YouTube to Combat YouTube

Mitt Romney has put up a speedy response on YouTube to the YouTube video of his 1994 senate debate against Ted Kennedy.

This is the future of politics.

  1. Response time:A. Message:F

Let him explain the epiphany that made him figure out over the age of 50 about the sanctity of life and marriage. He grew? The ideas which sane 20 year olds could grasp in 1994 just sorta grew on him or what?

Too glib. Too much the pol.

    Not a trustworthy man.

  2. I agree with your ratings on response time and message. The message does ring hollow. He should just tell the truth — he was a closet social conservative who swung left to try and win in MA. Instead, he opens himself up to this sort of criticism.

So far, Gilmore seems to be the one who may benefit the most from a Romney collapse.

  3. Agreed to the both of you.

  4. Kind of a stale topic to make this comment on (not too mention off topic of the comments already made)- but if Romney gets it and knows how to use YouTube – when will Virginia Republicans learn?

I’ve been searching out a YouTube copy of the Republican response to the state of the commonwealth and haven’t found one. I missed it the night it aired and wanted to see how Del. Frederick came accross.

Shaun – I hope you take note – in your new capacity a RPV. Use every tool possible to get the message out there!
