Back in the good old days, maybe having Central Command regulate radio via the FCC was a good idea.  But in the 21st Century will all of the avenues for boardcasting such as cable, internet, podcasting, blogging, etc.....good ol&#039; competition is making the FCC obsolete.

The problem isn&#039;t the XM/Sirius merger...it&#039;s Central Command trying to regulate itself into relevance.  


The question here isn&#039;t about the XM/Sirius merger...it&#039;s whether or not we need an FCC in the 21st Century.</description>
