The latest weekly Rasmussen poll is out.  Last week, Fred Thompson and Rudy Giuliani were each tied with 24 percent.  This week, Fred edges ahead of Rudy, 28-27 marking the first time this year that anyone has been ahead of Rudy in this poll.
