Virginia’s Dems — Standing Up for Out-of-State Drivers Behaving Badly

First, we had the news that Gov. Timmy! was responsible for striking the out-of-state driver provision from the abusive driving fees legislation.  Now we learn that 36 Democrats (and Russ Potts) voted against abuser fees when they applied to both Virginia and out-of-state drivers, but for them when they only applied to Virginia residents. Which legislators stood up for the interests of abusive out-of-state drivers?
