A Game of Tag

As if I don’t get to play “tag” enough with my four-year old daughter in the swimming pool, I’ve now found myself tagged here on Virtucon by Jim Young who was tagged by Leslie Carbone.  Okay, here are the rules:

“list eight habits or facts about yourself, then tag eight more people.”

1.  I played golf a week ago in a tournament that also included Jimmy Hoffa, Jr. and Tony Rodham.  (It was like being in Bizarro World.)

2.  My favorite baseball hat to wear is my green Boston Red Sox St. Patrick’s Day cap (which goes nicely with my green St. Patrick’s Day Boston Red Sox Curt Schilling #38 jersey.)

3.  I’m an only child.

4.  One day back in ‘96 when I was working on his presidential campaign, Steve Forbes came into my office and offered me brownies that his wife had baked.

5.  I have only had three favorite rock bands in my life — (in chronological order) Men At Work, Huey Lewis & The News, and U2.

6.  My favorite place to go in the whole world to relax with my wife and daughter is Anna Maria Island on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

7.  I enjoy sketching and oil painting.

8.  I nearly became an FBI counterterrorism agent back in the ’90s, but purposely blew the final interview by telling a joke about J. Edgar Hoover and his penchant for wearing women’s shoes.

Now, who shall I tag?  Hmmm….  Here goes…

Jim Hoeft

Jason Kenney

Joe Budzinski

Chris Beer

Bwana

Flora McDonald

James Atticus Bowden

Yankee Philip

  1. Just list 8 habits or facts? I shouldn’t have read your blog or pretended that I didn’t. I don’t know 8 untagged bloggers to tag or how to do the links in hypertext.

  2. [...] by bwana on July 25th, 2007 I got tagged by the folks at Virginia Virtucon to participate in Blogger 8-ball, where a blogger needs to list [...]

  3. The link you included in the tag on my blog doesn’t work, so I guess that means I don’t have to do it because I don’t know the questions. :-)

  4. Sorry, Jim. They’re right here:

“list eight habits or facts about yourself, then tag eight more people.”

    That’s it.
