Dick Cranwell Has Been A Bad Boy…
It would appear that the Democratic Party of Virginia Chairman, Dick Cranwell, is one of those abusive drivers we’ve been hearing so much about lately. Well, at least until he got his Reckless Driving charge for doing 80 in a 55 MPH zone knocked down to “Defective Equipment,” thereby going from a misdemeanor to an infraction. According to his official DPV bio, “At the age of two, an accident took the vision in his left eye.” I’m glad that the Commonwealth of Virginia took into account that Cranwell was driving 80 MPH with the capacity to only see with one eye and reduced those charges against him instead of protecting those pesky drivers who were getting in his way on the road.
