I’m sure that it is no coincidence that this announcement came following their Virtucon FNVF win yesterday.

For me the Roth/Van Halen all that was right with eighties metal: no social commentary, no trying to save the world. Just swagger and attitude looking for a good time… Best group this side of the Stones.That said if for some reason the Van Halens and Roth are not able to settle old wounds long enough to tour I suggest that the fourth lead singer be Axl Rose and the fans refer to the band as Guns and Halens
