Never Doubt The Hillary! Smear Machine

Agents of Sen. Hillary Clinton are spreading the word in Democratic circles that she has scandalous information about her principal opponent for the party’s presidential nomination, Sen. Barack Obama, but has decided not to use it. The nature of the alleged scandal was not disclosed.
This word-of-mouth among Democrats makes Obama look vulnerable and Clinton look prudent. It comes during a dip for the front-running Clinton after she refused to take a stand on New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer’s now discarded plan to give driver’s licenses to illegal aliens.
Experienced Democratic political operatives believe Clinton wants to avoid a repetition of 2004, when attacks on each other by presidential candidates Howard Dean and Richard Gephardt were mutually destructive and facilitated John Kerry’s nomination.
Sound at all familiar? To any doubters about Team Clinton having compiled some nasty negative opposition research on Mark Warner (which as previously reported is now firmly ensconced in GOP hands just awaiting the perfect time for release), to paraphrase Clint Eastwood:
I know what Marky Mark is thinking. “Did they find out about this or that or everything?” Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is the big leagues, the most ruthless political arena in the world, and what is out there would blow your political future clean out of the water, you’ve got to ask yourself a question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

Gossip about political figures and entertainers draws attention because a lot of people don’t understand anything beyond stories. It was that way in our ancestors’ primative villages, it’s that way to day, and it’ll be that way forever. Gossip is the most primative for of idea exchange. In spite of having access to enormous amounts of information, people choose to acquire and pass along trivial little stories that mean nothing. But, the Republic will survive, in spite of its citizens. It always has.
The Obama stuff is currently gossip. The Warner stuff has been verified by us through three independent sources.
I wonder what Old Harry Landers has to say on the subject? In spite of myself, I miss that crazy old coot from time to time. He confirms the soundness and validity of every prejudice I have towards the Democrat base.
Talked to some people, strangely enough, a lot of the stuff they have on Obama is similar to what they had on Mark Warner. And by the way, the man behind the curtain on this story? None other than Howard Wolfson, a man who is at his happiest when he is crawling on his belly in the sewer.
Hitlery Rotten Clinton and Bubba-Man are two of the most corrupt and crooked politicians in the USA.
