Why didn’t Obama leave his church after this?

Where was Barack Obama on September 11, 2001?  I don’t know.  But presumably, like most Americans the following Sunday, he was at his then-church in Chicago listening to his pastor of 20 years, his good friend, the man who performed his wedding ceremony, Rev. Jeremiah Wright give this sermon on 9/16/01:

Why didn’t Obama leave his church after this outrageous tirade? Why did it take another 6 1/2 years and public exposure of this for him to come to the conclusion to leave?  One has to wonder.

    It really is amazing anyone believes this creep is presidential material.

    I guess it just highlights how much damage the media, the failing school system, fraud and corruption have done to America.

    Wright made his point, and he’s not altogether wrong. His views aren’t necessarily wrong or irrational. In using our military strength to set ourselves up as the police, we have also made ourselves a target for those who feel that they have been cheated. The powerless will seek power, and terrorism seems to be a viable option for them.
