Tim Kaine — Worst. Governor. EVER.

As Virginia plunges deeper into financial crisis with billions in shortfalls looming, what does Gov. Timmy! do?  Well, after laying off or eliminating around 1,400 state government officials — HE HITS THE ROAD TO CAMPAIGN FOR HIS BEST BUD BARRY OBAMA IN COLORADO AND ARIZONA.

Here’s some advice, Timmy!

DON’T COME BACK.

My 5-year old daughter said tonight that she wanted to be Governor of Virginia some day, but she said she didn’t know what to do. We told her that she has plenty of time to learn, but even now she’d do just as good a job if not better than the current occupant of that office.

  1. That’s quite a statement. A bit thin on substance though. I guess you long for the days of George (Macacca) Allen and Jim (NO CAR TAX) Gilmore. Both of whom made our state the laughing stock of the nation.

Anyone out there second a motion to name Gilmore as worst Governor ever? It sure comes to mind every year when I write my check for $1,600 to $1,800 for the CAR TAX! The man nearly bankrupted the state with his mindless pandering but I still pay the CAR TAX! Go figure.

I know that sounds like sour grapes from someone who used be a Republican back in the days when a Virginia Republican was someone like John Warner and Linwood Holton. I know that the Neo Republicans probably think that Allan should be in that painting of Great Republicans (some of them are) that is advertised on this site. Maybe George could have his cowboy boots on the table and a noose hanging from the wall. (God, why couldn’t he have gone to Tech?)

Maybe you could add Gilmore to that painting as well; He could be depicted bloviating about his seminal work in creating the SHARK TASK FORCE back ’01. I for one feel safer knowing that Jim managed to solve the issue of shark attacks. After all no one’s been attacked since have they? When people ask “why haven’t we been attacked? We can all point confidently to Jim’s greatest achievement as governor. Maybe we should erect a statue to Jim on Virginia Beach, with Jim holding one of George’s nooses in one hand and a harpoon in the other. Maybe not; after all, I understand that the Virginia Democrats are actually planning to erect a statue to Jim in Richmond. It will portray Jim helping the Democrats up from their knees so that they could take over the state. I understand that on the base there will and inscription that reads: To our friend Jim – Savior of the Virginia Democratic Party (God, why couldn’t he have gone to Tech?)

Forget seconding my motion to have Jim declared as “Worst Ever” Why don’t we leave it to the voters to let their feelings be known in November as they have opportunity to weigh in on Jim and the man that cleaned up his mess.

  3. I love the unhinged left and there warped view of reality. Allen made this state a laughingstock? How, by spurring the greatest economic boom this Commonwealth ever saw or by being so “unpopular” he beat a Democrat incumbent for Senate and lost by less than 1% of the vote to a stealth candidate during one of the worst years ever for Republicans with a full-blown media assaulty aginst him that was so embarrassing even the WaPo reporters responsible expressed remorse at being in the tank for Webb in the aftermath.

54, here’s some advice. Read some history and actually learn what you are talking about before exposing your stupidity to the world again.

  4. George Allen would have been a total nobody hadn’t it been for his father being a beloved Redskins coach. Like Dubya, he coasted on his father’s coattail. Walking around in his cowboy boots and ditto hat (snuff in his lip) and putting on a southern drawl (when needed) in spite of his California background.

He supported Richard Nixon, approved of the Vietnam War while taking student deferment so as not to have to serve in the war he supported. Thank goodness the “stealth” candidate beat him .

As for Gilmore – blah! bleh!
