Joe Biden announced his 1988 presidential campaign in the rotunda of the Russell Senate Office Bldg. where JFK announced his. Candidates do this sort of thing all the time. So long as they have permission, they can do that. It isn’t as if they are fundraising there or anything.
Some short guy in a tight suit was parading around this event as if he was one of the elected PWC Board of Supervisor members. He was wearing a brass colored name tag that was a replica of the ones that legitimate board members wear..All the elected officials were staying clear of this guy for fear he may post a picture of himself posing with them up on his facebook page.
