Why are we surprised?
There’s been some surprise at the ill-mannered behavior of the Democrats’ candidate in tonight’s VP debate.
I’m not sure why. The British House of Commons hasn’t been well-mannered for centuries, so why would Neil Kinnock behave differently tonight?
