Thanks for posting this LL; it serves as a reminder that while we sleep comfortably in our homes, our military is standing watch.
These honorable men and women perform this duty of guarding our unknowns 24/7 365 regardless of weather for nothing more than the honor of performing the duty itself. Wish that all of our elected officials could exhibit a fraction of the honor that these soldiers have.
We get so wrapped up in our own, mostly little, worries that we forget
that there are those who carry out their duties w/o a selfish thought.
